Introduction to families
Thank you for viewing my profile. I'm currently a Montessori ECD Curriculum teacher for children from birth to 6 years. I’m also an educational au pair experienced in special needs support (autism) for preschoolers and primary school. I provide stimulation and assist with school curriculum (areas of difficulty). My passion for teaching/child development is seeing each child grow into their unique strengths. I believe every child is to be respected in their own path of development and allowed the freedom and time to harness his/her abilities and then confidence to make meaningful contributions in their environments. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs and how I'd be able to assist you. Looking forward to meeting you and chatting about a possible welcome into your family.
My passion for child development ripped me from corporate working in Corporate Social Investment with the focus on overall support of early learning centers. I've also had the privilege of interacting with children ages 3 -18 years who are facing life threatening illnesses through a donor relations role at Reach For A Dream Foundation. My whole heart is about the child and supporting their immediate environments as best as possible, as all environments are active ground for their learning. My dream is a focus on children with learning challenges and disabilities. I also serve through a social arm to establish and/or provide school support to ECD centres in disadvantaged communities in the hope to improve literacy levels and broadening learning opportunities and harness children's ability to learn despite socio-economic status.

Bontle was a warm and caring mentor/au pair to our son. She joined us when he was ~18 and assisted and supported him during both the formal school, as well as home-schooling, phases. With her studying in the teaching direction, this assisted tremendously with her understanding of what was required and the level of support she needed to provide. He was free to engage her on any topic and she dealt with all social and personal development matters professionally and empathetically. We always felt safe with our son in her care, including on outings and trips, and she was always punctual. In addition, she is a careful driver and there were no incidences during her employ with us. We would highly recommend her as an Au Pair.

Bontle is a very warm and enthusiastic person who easily connected with dream children during Reach For A Dream hospital visits and other events. She has a very cheerful heart and smiles easily. Bontle is also able to effortlessly engage with stakeholders as she is very well-spoken and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her as an Au pair as her presence will be invaluable to both the children she will care for and to the parents who will entrust them to her.
