"Dear Family" message

I am a more mature au pair, Having trained in the UK and worked in South Africa for many years as a au pair for a family with two children. I have always been passionate about giving children the best start in life. The first five years being vital in every aspect of development. I have raised my own daughter who is now married and completed her masters. I have just left my position in Jhb which was a training position - training au pairs, and pre-primary teachers.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I have the knowledge required and continually up date my knowledge in child development, nutrition and learning materials. I am a fun loving sensible person. Children are calm in my presence and we form quick and trusting relationships. I am reliable and punctual. Children have always been the focus in my life and I love to see them progressing.

Hobbies and other interests

I enjoy lots of crafting, cooking, gardening, Reading, Listening to music. I have a love for pets too and enjoy walking my dogs. I am proficient in Microsoft excel and word. Having run a full course at a college I am able to do many admin tasks too. My full cv is available on request.
