Dear Family, My name is Marweyah H. I am 24 years of age and I have completed my Early childhood development diploma at The Montessori centre South Africa. I absolutely adore children and believe that we are here just as a guidance so that they may reach their full beautiful potential as our future.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I would be the the best candidate as I have had previous au pair and childcare experience. My previous experience has taught me that working with children can be the most rewarding type of job. Yes, it does require lots of patience and understanding, but I find that if you create a favourable environment for the child, you will see how that child blossoms within that environment. It is also important to remember that every child is unique and different so what might work for the one child, might not work for the next. I believe that building a relationship with the child that you are entrusted to care for is very important. There needs to be respect, open communication and understanding between the au pair, child and parents. Nurturing who your child is as an individual is my duty and being kind yet firm and gentle is my approach.
