Description of tutoring experience
I worked with a wonderful family where my main focus was au pairing a special needs child and also helping raise a new born baby and assist mom with managing the infant's needs. I have also done temporary au pairing for au pairs on leave. I have over seven years experience in au pairing. I am a first aider as well. I am very good in stressful situations. I worked in a pharmacy where I assisted nervous mom's diagnosing their baby's ailments.

Introduction to families
"Dear Family" message
I am Antoinette. After years working in admin, being a mum for my kids and perfecting my cooking skills I am excited to return to aupairing. I have always believed that it takes a village to raise a child.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I believe I would be a great fit for your children, as I am a mom myself and I love kids. I have also helped other families with lifting and tuition. I believe that all children need adults in their lives that can be both nurturing and patient. Everybody grows at different paces. It is important for me to embrace individuality.
Hobbies and other interests
I love reading and spending time in nature. I adore my children and pets and I am very gentle and patient. I am flexible and extremely responsible. I am bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

Job description
I managed the housekeeping for the family, while au pairing for his children. I assisted his daughter, which had a baby, with motherly duties and training as she was still young. I also monitored the situation regarding the baby's needs. I did lifting and homework for his special needs son and handled the general everyday care of his son. I did grocery shopping for the family and prepared meals as well. This was Live-In.
