Bernadette started with my family a few weeks before my second child was born. She managed to gain the love and trust of my eldest and looked after my new born and him solo after 6 weeks, as I had to return to work. She loved my boys as though they were own and they absolutely loved her back. She was part of our family. We could always rely on her, she hardly had any sick days, was always prepared to go above and beyond to accommodate us and was trustworthy. Unfortunately we made the decision to emigrate so we had to let her go or she definitely would've still been working for us. Even though it's been nearly a year since we emigrated we still message and stay in touch with Berni just showing how loved she was.
