"Dear Family" message
Dear Family, My name is Nokuthula, better known as Thuli. My daughter is 11 years old and very energetic. I live with her and my retired mother. I have been an au-paired from the age of 19 in the US and locally. I've been au-pairing after hours and on weekends while working full-time office work. I am pursuing early childhood development studies to improve my childminder/au pair skills. In my career, I have worked with kids who are differently abled (Learning disabilities/ Cerebral Palsy and children born with H. I. V) I have experience with newborns, toddlers, and teenagers; my motto is leading by example and with love. I also believe in boundaries and being firm. I follow instructions very well and always respect the parent's decisions and guidance. I'm mature, reliable, honest, and willing to assist families in achieving the required outcomes that will be beneficial for both the children and parents. Regards Thuli
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I have 20 years of experience, and I'm passion-driven. Matured I can take instructions and know how to deal with kids of all ages. I will share my CV on request as my background is more transparent and outlined on my CV. With twenty years of driving experience, I have also worked with children who are differently abled and suffer from chronic illnesses. I am currently volunteering at an ECD daycare in Alberton and have enrolled as a student at The Teachers Learning College NQ Level 4 ECD course (online)
