"Dear Family" message
Dear Family, I am a 22 year old Bachelor of Laws student who is currently taking a gap year. I am first generation South African and I have Tanzanian heritage. I pride myself in being a positive minded hard working individual who understands the importance of every task I undertake. I am a huge soccer fan and some of the things I enjoy doing are cooking, reading as well as traveling. I enjoy learning, I never get tired of learning new things from different people. I know how to work in a team, I know how to take orders and I know how to be a leader as well. I respect hierarchy and I value respect more than anything.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I would make the perfect au pair because I love children so much. I am the first born of 5 children so growing up I used to take care of my siblings (I still do). I would say I know how to work with children because of how I handle my siblings. My youngest sibling is 1 year 5 months and I babysit him for almost the whole day. I take my other siblings to school and I still babysit them as well during the weekends. Everyone in my family trusts me with their children and they always ask me to babysit them, it has now become almost like a job for me and this is why I got the idea to become an au pair. More than anything, I understand the unconditional love that parents have for their children and this is why I think I would be the perfect au pair for your family.
