Dear Family I have been involved in children and youth ministry for over half my life (16 years), and most recently was the youth and kids pastor at Anchor Church. I believe I have a gift with children as I value them as individuals with different needs and approaches necessary.

I make it a priority before I begin working to find out more about each child (their likes, dislikes, favourite sports, favorite foods, etc), so that I can build a rapport with the child.
