Description of tutoring experience
I have extensive experience working academically with students ranging from Grade 4 to Grade 12, including those with special needs such as dyslexia and ADHD. In addition to providing support for neurodivergent students, I also assist with exam preparation, speeches, homework, and projects. My academic record is exceptional and can be provided upon request. I have tutored friends and peers in school, often at the request of teachers and parents. Currently, I am collaborating with a teacher on a Math Lit book to assist future Grade 11 and matric students. Additionally, I contribute to my former high school by assisting with lesson notes and teaching during Winter schooling sessions.

"Dear Family" message
Dear Family, My name is Chianté. I'm an entrepreneur and a dedicated student currently working as a Social Media Marketer. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am also a part-time tutor and au pair for a neurodivergent child. I have a deep passion for helping children learn new skills and expand their knowledge. I believe that everything in life begins with the bright minds of our youth. I would be honored to be a part of your children's journey, witnessing their growth and supporting them as they become the best versions of themselves.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
In addition to my adaptability and creative flair, I believe several qualities make me well-suited to be an excellent au pair. Firstly, my experience in giving lessons to children at a Creative Craft center reflects my ability to engage and connect with young minds in a fun and educational way. Moreover, my close relationship with my younger sister has honed my nurturing and caregiving skills from a young age, instilling in me a natural sense of responsibility and empathy. Furthermore, my commitment to your family extends beyond mere employment; I genuinely aspire to become a trusted and integral part of your household, fostering a warm and supportive environment for your child's growth and development. With a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and a dedication to prioritizing your child's mental well-being, I am confident in my ability to be a reliable and nurturing au pair for your family.
Hobbies and other interests
With a strong educational background in commerce, I am well-equipped to assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, handling invoices, booking parcels, and managing emails if needed. My ability to quickly grasp new concepts ensures that I can fulfill these duties efficiently. Outside of work, I have a diverse range of interests and hobbies. I am passionate about art, reading, horse riding, cooking, and baking. I enjoy exploring new ideas and innovations, particularly when it comes to teaching and helping my students succeed. I find joy in expanding young minds through colorful and creative learning experiences. Moreover, I am an avid animal lover, and my appreciation for the world around me knows no bounds.
