Ms. Ratie M worked with us from 2017 to 2020. We had to say goodbye to her as we're moving back to our country. Our son was 2 years 10 months old when she started with us. Ratie experience helped us tremendously considering that we were new to South Africa. She was a great help to my wife especially when our son fell ill (which was a lot). She successfully toilet trained our son & was able to handle all his moods and tantrums effectively. Ratie was very patient, caring, loving & respectful towards our son. She never used harsh words nor did she hit our son while disciplining him. She was sensitive to his needs & never kept him wanting for anything. As a person, Ratie is very polite, energetic, honest & trustworthy which is reflected in her work. She is easy to work with and willing to listen to her employer's instructions & point of view.
