Dear family. I truly believe that my calling in life is to work with kids. Straight after high school I started working at a Preschool as teacher's assistant, during that time I studied part time for my Early childhood development certificate. I worked at the preschool and the aftercare for 8 years. After that I acted as a facilitator to a boy with autism and cerebral palsy, while studying towards a law degree. I also spent 2 years in China as a foreign language teacher, and did homeschooling during lockdown. If you are looking for someone with a huge amount of experience and a big love for children then I am the person you can definitely consider hiring. I absolutely love working with kids.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I would make the perfect au pair because of my years of experience. Working with kids of all ages, backgrounds, unique qualities and personalities for over 10 years has given be something very special; patience patience and more patience. I can honestly say there is not a personality I haven't had the pleasure to work with. From the shy and sweet, to the more busier and confident one's. We all know that each child, just as adults, come with their own personalities and that no one is perfect. This has taught me how to deal with discipline accordingly, taking each child's individuality into consideration. We all know that discipline is important however, I believe there should be a good balance between love and discipline, with love being first.

I love being in nature, reading books and have a great passion for music and art. I also collect anything Vintage, and run a small sideline operation where I collect and sell vintage clothes.
