Experience in Early Childhood Development: Ideal candidates will be someone who have a background in early childhood development or education. Prior experience working with children in a similar age range, demonstrating an understanding of developmental milestones. Creativity and Energetic Personality: Someone who are creative, energetic, and able to come up with fun and stimulating activities for Alexander and who can keep up with the high energy levels of a toddler and make learning and playtime enjoyable. Understanding of Developmental Areas: A good understanding of various developmental areas, including gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and social and emotional development. Ability to Build a Strong Bond: Someone who express a genuine interest in building a strong and positive bond with Alexander and be open for occasional babysitting in the evening.
