Our circumstances are that the kids have two homes, they alternate between being with us one week and their mom the other week. The position would accordingly require some flexibility in effectively working at our home one week and their mom's home the following week, although we would be the employer. We are in Parkwood, and their mom is in Linden. The relationship between the two homes is amicable.
