Other information and special requirements
Interested candidates should preferably be looking for a long-term position. We are not keen on short term contracts as we find this to be quite disruptive. Our previous au-pair was employed by us for for more than 5 years and leaving due to a better opportunity. Our needs are Monday to Friday between 15h00and 18h30, with some earlier days in the last week of a school term. On a daily basis the responsibilities include collecting kids from school, serving lunch as required, taking them to religious lessons, extra-mural lessons, dental/doctors appts and preparing kids lunchboxes. You will also be required to manage scheduling appointments for necessary dental/doctor/hair/etc as required. An additional requirement is to start and prep supper. Our previous au pair was flexible in taking our guidance and training to get the meal prep aligned. Our eldest is at University and does require a pick up from campus on some days at about 6. The kids are independent, organized and like structure.
