We have 4 kids and for years we've found the most wonderful people to help us on Aupairsa - with just babysitting or with driving the kids around and being a hands-on au pair. It is also great to learn more about the candidate, before inviting them for an interview. There were some not so great candidates, but overall over the years we've mostly found people who were absolutely wonderful, have become like part of our family and have been great assets to us. We are very grateful for Aupairsa!
