Introduction to families
"Dear Family" message
My passion for working with Children emanated from the bond that Ihave with my younger brother Reece. Watching children grow and helping them ot discover their own unique talents is extremely rewarding and fulfilling. Knowing that I can be a part of making a difference to a little person's life makes me truly happy. I ma acommitted individual and I take my role very seriously. I was raised with a family motto #NO BAIL - once you commit you may not bail and this has instilled characteristics ni me such as commitment, loyalty and punctuality. I am a creative individual and enjoy doing creative art activities that stimulate children and help them to develop and learn whilst having fun at the same time. I am a fun-loving, extrovert and a people's person at heart. I am confident and communicate well with people of all ages. I'm warm-hearted and form bonds quickly and easily with people. I'm compassionate and caring but at the same time understand the importance of discipline and boundaries. I embrace life with a positive outlook, and I have the ability to overcome any challenge that comes my way. During my 4years working at Annie's Busy Beez Preschool, Iwas exposed to working with Babies from 3 months old to children of 6 years old and I gained a good understanding of the various stages of development and milestones as well as the challenges within the different age groups. Ilearnt to recognise and adapt to their different personalities and individual needs. For the past 21 months I was employed as an Aupair by the Martin Family. The Family had 5 children between the ages of 18 months - 16 years. My role was not only limited to taking care of the children but also included additional duties such as shopping for the family and preparing the evening dinner for the entire family. As an Aupair, Iwil always have the children's best interest at heart. Always making sure that their safety is of the utmost importance. I ensure that I keep the channels for communication between the parents and myself open and always respond timeously to any communication and updates. I would welcome the opportunity of being able to be part of a family and being able to add value to the children and parent's life by fulfilling my role as a top class Aupair.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I have had 4 years experience working in a preschool with babies from 3 months old to children of 6 years old. I have also worked as an aupair for the past 6 years with children from birth to 16 years old. I am passionate about working with children, they add joy and excitement to my life and I enjoy being part of their development while watching them learn and grow. I am a confident young lady and I am comfortable communicating with people of al ages. I am an extrovert and a peoples person with a natural creative flare. I have a positive outlook on life and I have the ability ot overcome any challenge that comes my way. I have a passion for working with young children. Watching them grow and helping them to discover their own unique talents si extremely rewarding and fulfiling. Knowing that I can be a part of making a difference to a little person makes me truly happy. "Every child is gifted they just unwrap their packages at different times" - Unknown Author
