Description of tutoring experience

I worked as an AuPair, caring for my sister’s baby for one year. My main duty & work responsibility was to provide high quality, physical, emotional care & assistance to her child. To describe some of my other daily duties, I: • Prepared and served daily meals, maintained & cleaned child’s room, (developed and provided a safe environment.) • Played with child, drove him to and from school, assisted with homework. Worked closely and communicated with parents to ensure that all their necessary needs and requirements were met. • Coordinated various activities, resolved any problematic issues and assisted kids in the development of fundamental learning skills - for 1 year. The experience has assisted me in developing multiple important abilities required to successfully execute the job. Not only have I learned to remain calm in stressful situations but I also significantly improved my time management skills, my ability to lead and coordinate a group of individuals.
