I have had to help kids with their homework and teach them certain basics to improve their marks. I use methods that stimulate the child. And also methods that make the child want to learn hence increasing their attention span. Patience is required and gentleness is an approach. My experience was fun and rewarding in the end.

Introduction to families
Dear esteemed families, I am delighted to introduce myself as Kayla, a 22-year-old individual with a sincere passion for childcare. Drawing upon my valuable experience in this domain, I bring to the table a profound love for nurturing and fostering a positive environment for children. Known for my respectful and easygoing demeanor, I am committed to upholding the highest standards and adhering to established rules. My values prioritize the well-being of those entrusted to my care, reflecting a focus on personal development and organizational excellence over mere career pursuits. With a keen sense of time management, I consistently strive to enhance both my own capabilities and the well-being of those within my sphere of influence.
I hold a profound commitment to the holistic development of children, a realization that crystallized during my dedicated engagement in babysitting and child-focused activities. My philosophy revolves around instilling discipline through love, rejecting the notion of corporal punishment in favor of fostering a positive and enjoyable learning environment. By channeling my efforts into making essential aspects of a child's life, such as schoolwork and healthy habits, engaging and enjoyable, I strive to cultivate a genuine love for personal growth. Upholding utmost respect for parents, I navigate my role with a non-indoctrinating approach, imparting objectively valuable virtues while preserving the essential bond between child, parents, and caregiver. Recognizing the paramount importance of patience and mental stability in childcare, I am committed to ensuring the ultimate happiness of the children under my care. Embracing an educational approach that champions old-fashioned thinking, I encourage children to explore through books, fostering an environment where mistakes are seen as part of the learning process, met with understanding and patience rather than punishment. My focus extends to enhancing motor skills, and logical thinking, and transforming mundane tasks into engaging experiences, thereby contributing to the well-rounded development of the young minds entrusted to my care.
My interests and pursuits encompass a diverse range of activities that contribute to my overall well-being and fulfillment. An avid reader, I find solace and enrichment in books, fostering a continuous quest for knowledge and self-improvement. Regular exercise is a vital component of my routine, promoting physical health and mental clarity. Attending church holds a special place in my heart, providing spiritual nourishment and a sense of community. Family is at the core of my values, and I cherish moments spent together, recognizing their significance in fostering strong bonds. Additionally, I indulge in occasional drawing, channeling creativity as a form of expression. My commitment to spiritual growth is reflected in the daily ritual of reading the Bible, anchoring my perspective, and guiding my actions. Whenever time permits, I embrace the rejuvenating experience of hiking, connecting with nature, and finding serenity in the great outdoors.
