I've tutored a few kids mainly in grade 5, 7 and 11. Some of the subjects included Mathematics, English, Accounting and Economics but I am able to help with anything that aligns with my field of study. My tutoring approach is centered around creating a positive and engaging environment where kids/students are comfortable to ask questions and explore challenging topics at their own pace. I start off by assessing their current knowledge and identifying areas that need improvement through interactive discussions, breaking down complex questions, and practical examples. With regular practice, I've been able to monitor progress in some of the kids I've tutored and witnessed an improvement in confidence and accuracy with their approach to questions leading to an overall improvement in their grades.

Introduction to families
Dear family, I am Constance and my second name is Retshegofaditswe which means, "We are blessed", and I am thrilled to introduce myself as a potential Au pair to your family. I possess an ambivert personality, combining qualities of both introversion and extroversion, which allows me to create engaging connections with children whilst also respecting their quiet moments. I adapt well to different family dynamics and thoroughly enjoy engaging with children, encouraging their curiosity, and creating a vibrant environment for them to learn and grow. I also understand the importance of providing a safe and calm space where children can express themselves and recharge. Additionally, I can adjust my level of extroversion or introversion to match the needs and preferences of the family, ensuring a harmonious and enjoyable experience. I am eager to learn more about your family and share more about my background and qualifications as we explore the possibility of working together.
I believe I would make the perfect au pair because of my genuine love for children, my experience in childcare, and my dedication to creating a nurturing and supportive environment. I possess the ability to connect with children on a deeper level, understanding their individual needs and providing the support and care they require. Furthermore, my ambivert qualities allow me to recognize the importance of balance. I bring a balance of fun and responsibility, ensuring that they feel safe, loved, and inspired to explore the world around them. As an adaptable and reliable individual, I am eager to become an integral part of your family, providing exceptional care and creating lasting memories.
A few hobbies and interests that contribute to my well-rounded personality include: 1. Outdoor Activities: I have a deep appreciation for nature and enjoy spending time outdoors. Whether it's going for walks or exploring local attractions. 2. Reading and Writing: I am an avid reader and find solace in the pages of a good book. Some of the books I've read include "Rich dad, Poor dad", "The 5am club" and "Atomic Habits". 3. Music and Dance: Music is a universal language that brings people together, and I enjoy listening to music. Favourite genres include RnB & Soul, Amapiano and Gospel. 4. Travel: Experiencing different cultures and exploring new places is a great passion of mine. I believe in the power of cultural exchange and love to share stories and learn about the diverse backgrounds of others.
