"Dear Family" message

Dear Family My name is Daina (day- nah) I am a cape townian, born and bred but only recently relocated back home from the Eastern Cape. I had moved to the EC for my studies and I am currently writing my thesis. I have some free time and I know that many parents need that extra hand with looking after their little ones. I hope to be part of the family!

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I have a natural knack for childcare. I have two younger sisters - 5 & 2 years old- whom I love dearly. I understand the need for being listened to and the importance of creating an adventure. I love to feed the child's natural curiosity and make interactions about learning something new every day.

Hobbies and other interests

I am a full-blown water baby, I spend most of my free time in the ocean or on the beach. I am an avid surfer. If the conditions do not permit I like to adventure in the mountains, general hiking, looking at our fauna, and climbing. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and baking, I often make my own granola and a loaf of real mean banana bread! I also often go to fabric world, and pick out some materials to sew with. I do general alterations and enjoy making bags :)
