Introduction to families
"Dear Family" message
My name is Phumla M. A BA graduate who majored in Psychology. I am passionate about working with people especially children. I am currently pursuing my studies in a post graduate diploma in social and behavioural studies. I am aware of the importance of early childhood development and the importance of this phase in a child's life and how it should be handled with love, patience, understanding and attentiveness. I have chosen to Au pair as such opportunities are in line with my studies and my passion for understanding, assisting and working with children and as I in the process learn practical skills that assist me in becoming a better version of myself personality and professionally. I am also available to assist with tutoring and house sitting, baby sitting, transporting kids to extra mural activities and companionship.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I am immediately available and offer my 100% attention. Ican be trusted to put your child first. I am honest, upfront, patience and exceptional at time keeping. I have overseas experience, am fun, outgoing and can at the same time stand my ground. I have done the following causes: early childhood and Adolescent development, Cognition; thinking, memory and problem solving, Understanding South Africa families and diversity and I also have experience in working with children with special needs. I am responsible, trustworthy and honest with a very friendly personality that is eager to learn, grow and assist others. I believe I am good with children and believe they are our greatest teachers. Studying psychology has assisted me greatly in understanding childhood and development. I am patient, have a sense of humour and can be trusted to be a friend and guardian for your child and someone you can depend on.
Hobbies and other interests
