Dear Family Thank you for viewing my profile to which I hope is adequate enough for your requirements. This is my 4th year out of school and I have had the privilege of spending the first year and a half as a teachers assistant at a preschool. I did not want my days with the young ones to end but had to start studying an Office Administration course which I have now completed. With regards to high school achievements, I have received half honorary colours every year except Matric where I received full honorary colours with final result of 84%. I came 6th in the Western Cape for Afrikaans first additional language. I got distinctions for both languages as well as Life Orientation and History. I feel like I would definitely be able to help your child/children with regards to academic goals. My friends and family would describe me as a sweet, kind and energetic person who is always willing to help others. I hope to meet you and your young one soon.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I have volunteered at Melkbos care center during my Gr10 and 11 years on a Wednesday afternoon before dance lessons. We helped the children with their homework as well as playing games in and outside. I am a very studious person and paid a lot of attention to my schoolwork. Therefore I feel that I am in the best position to assist your children with their homework and prep for school. I have also worked for 1.5 years (2021-2022) at a preschool as a teachers assistant. This has taught me how to be more patient and how to teach young ones new things using creative methods as the school was all about sensory play.

Hobbies and other interests

My hobbies include swimming, bodyboarding, hiking, music and playing sports on the beach with my friends and family. I also enjoy interior design and baking. Learning a third language (French) has a been n goal of mine to which I hope to accomplish soon. I would love to save up in order to study Early Childhood Development through Parklands College which is one year long. I would then be able to teach there or start my own little school.
