Why I would make the perfect au pair

I have roughly 7 years of valuable experience being an Au pair. The longest I have worked for a family was 3 years. It was a live-in position from 2017 -2020 in Serengeti Estate, East Rand. I was taking care of 2 teenage girls while the parents worked abroad. The family immigrated to the United States during the Pandemic. My most recent position was with a family living in Pinnacle Point Estate, Mossel Bay. This was also a live-in position. I would be happy to give the family's details when requested. I also did 2 part-time jobs previously, for 2 different families where I was responsible for the afternoon school run, tutoring, and homework. I am patient, self-motivated, and very disciplined. I enjoy being a part of a young person's journey while being encouraging and understanding.

Hobbies and other interests

I like to keep myself busy doing research on anything that captures my interest. I also love the outdoors, enjoy an occasional hike, and can sit at a coffee shop for hours. Fitness is an intricate part of my life and I am very disciplined when it comes to my health. I have traveled extensively in the past, working at carnivals and on cruise ships to name a few, and I believe that my travels have definitely had an impact on me for the better.
