Monic was employed by me to take care of my son, she home schooled him with two other children, as well as driving responsibilities and assistance during holidays etc. Once my son started Grade R at a primary school, Monic still assisted with the driving to and from school. The only reason Monic doesn’t assist me anymore is due to the fact that my son started school as well as my family moving close proximity to the school and no longer required her assistance. Monic is trustworthy, responsible and always punctual. She is someone who I depended on not only to teach my son, but also so be the stand-in mom and take care of my son as a mother would. My son has asthma and he is a very sensitive little boy and Monic built up his confidence and she was his comfort. I would definitely recommend Monic for an au pair position / home schooling position or driving position for a family, she is a natural with children and very dependable. Monic is an outstanding Tutor. She is patient, kind, soft spoken, and at the same time able to implement routine, structure and discipline. My kids absolutely love her, and they are both achieving excellent marks. She is part of our team since 2020 and is in full control of the day to day classes and schedules of both my kids. Started my son in Grade 3. He is currently doing Grade 6. Started my daughter in Grade R. She is currently doing Grade 3. I highly recommend Monic as a Tutor for Homeschooling and I am sure that she will also do amazingly well in a team or Tutoring Centre.
