"Dear Family" message

I have a very bubbly personality but also a very serious side. I am responsible and mature beyond my years due to the fact that I have been looking after my sister’s children since I was 12. I am very determined and driven in everything that I take on in life. I was an au pair to a family in Spain for 2months who has a 2 year old son and a 4 year old little girl. I have also been looking after my sister’s 2 daughters who are now 6 and 7 years old. I assist with homework, prepare meals, look after them during holidays, babysit regularly, so I bath them and put them to bed and stay with then either an entire night or until my sister gets home. I also have experience in assisting with Grade0 to Grade 4 homework and study work and assisting with any practice of extra activities and extra curricular activities.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I would make the perfect au pair because I have a passion for children and their well being. I am very good at connecting and communicating with children and love every second I spend with them. I will take care of tour child/ren as if they are my own, with the same love and care. I know that it must be a challenging task finding someone to trust with your most prized possession, but I can assure you I am 100% trustworthy. I enjoy activities with children that are both fun and educational and try to help them experience what it is like to be a kid. I know it is not easy for a parent to trust their little loved ones with just anyone, and that is why I aim to build the trust between me and the children and the parents of the children by always being 200% honest and 100% me. I am also currently assisting my sister’s daughters with homework they are grade 1 and grade 3 and have been helping them since they were both in Gr R.

Hobbies and other interests

One of my main hobbies and interests are sports. Ever since I was little I have been doing sports such as athletics, softball, hockey, tennis, dancing. It is something I have a passion for and something I will do for the rest of my life. I recently started drawing and it is something that I enjoy but also something that helps me relax. Reading is a daily hobby of mine, and once I pick up a book I sometimes can’t seem to put it down. I enjoy listening to music and sometimes catch myself singing along.
