Introduction to families
"Dear Family" message
Dear family I am an enthusiastic and empathetic young woman with a great passion for children, animals and helping people. I am an aspiring teacher and want to complete my degree within the next few years. I have had over 8 years' experience working with children in Cape Town. I have been a teacher, aupair and tutor. I have worked with children on the spectrum over the years, as well. I would make the perfect au-pair because I am adaptable to all children, situations and cultures. I am a very down to earth and warm person. I have my own car and a driver's license and I know the Northern Suburbs very well. I see myself as being a fantastic role model for children, introducing them to new things and experiences as well as sculpting their young minds for the better. I grew up with my mother being a teacher and was immediately inspired to follow in her footsteps as I saw how each child absolutely adored and looked up to her. This, I believe, made me an aspiring mother and teacher/Aupair/tutor. My job/work is my passion and I go out of my way to help in areas where families do not have time to do what is needed. I am ready to start as soon as we can come up with an agreeable contract after we set up an interview and have negotiated a fair salary.

Caitlin is a dependable lady and an asset to any employer. She loves working with children and children are drawn to her loving and kind personality. She is a hard worker, full of initiative and prepared her lessons in advance. She does know how to set boundaries firmly, but with the needed grace. Caitlin was also responsible to collect children from Rhennish Primary School. She did this in excellence and took very good care of the children. It is also important to know that Caitlin is continually furthering her studies. We can highly recommend Caitlin for any position.
