My name is Neo, and I’m so excited about the opportunity to become part of your family as an au pair. I’ve always had a natural love for children and enjoy being part of their growth and learning journey. I believe in creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can learn through play, creativity, and curiosity.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I have several years of hands-on experience working with children in different countries and environments. I spent four years working as an au pair in America, caring for children of various ages and gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to support a happy, balanced family routine. After returning abroad, I worked for one year at a children’s play area in Dubai, where I engaged with young kids through crafts, storytelling, and play-based learning. I later continued with the same company as a general manager working remotely, which strengthened my leadership, organization, and communication skills, all of which I bring into childcare. I’m dependable, patient, and caring. I take initiative, follow routines, and create a safe and joyful atmosphere for children to explore and learn. I truly enjoy seeing kids grow in confidence, creativity, and curiosity.

I love reading, journaling, and creating fun, educational activities for children. I also enjoy fitness and walking, cooking simple healthy meals, and exploring new cultures. My faith is an important part of my life and keeps me grounded, it inspires me to bring kindness, patience, and positivity into everything I do.
