Introduction to families
Dear Family I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Marie, and I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming a part of your family as an au pair. Having read about your family and values, I am truly excited about the prospect of contributing to your household and creating a positive, enriching experience for your children. I come from a background that values cultural exchange and learning, and I believe that being an au pair is an incredible opportunity for both personal and professional growth. My passion for working with children, coupled with my dedication to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, makes me confident in my ability to become an integral part of your family.
During my previous experiences as a teacher, I have experience with children from the age of 1-3 and 9-13 years old. I have had the privilege of forming a bond with both my students and their parents. I understand the importance of open communication, flexibility, and genuine care in this role. My goal is not only to assist with the day-to-day responsibilities but also to create a positive and joyful atmosphere where your children can thrive. I bring a wealth of experience in childcare, sports and language teaching, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and interests of your family. I am fluent in French, English and Afrikaans and I'm currently learning German and Korean, which I believe can contribute to a rich cultural exchange within your home.
My hobbies consist of the following. : Outdoor Adventures: Hiking, running or exploring local parks and wildlife. Cooking and Baking: Trying out new recipes. Language Exchange: I love to teach and learn languages. Sports and Games: Tennis, horse riding and athletics. Love for animals: I love dogs and horses. I also have a strong passion for animals and I'm a volunteer at an animal rescue centre.
