Amelia was employed as our full week au pair from July to December 2022 and has agreed to still assist until 10 February 2023. The reason for letting Amelia go, is that both me and my husband are now working remotely from home; and our son must be more independent from this year as he is in grade 4. Amelia is currently studying Business Management (in her 2nd year); her flexible hours make it easy for her to fit in with our son’s busy schedule. Her responsibilities include collecting him from school, preparing lunch, assisting him with homework, projects and other educational activities and to drive him to and from sport practices. Amelia is a friendly, caring and loving young lady that always put our son first in everything she does; she is always on time (never missed a single day of work) and is willing to help when we need her afterhours. She keeps him busy in play time with board games, puzzles, art and craft projects etc. She regularly gives me feedback on how he is doing and if there are things, I need attend to - emotionally and practically. Amelia is extremely trustworthy and responsible, has unlimited patience and her ability to work with kids is commendable. We gave her a bank card for one of our accounts for general errand shopping, appointments and Friday outings. I know that your child/children will love her as much as my son does.
