Introduction to families
"Dear Family" message
Dear Family, thank you for taking the time to review my profile, I certainly do hope you find your suitable Au Pair :). My name is Sphile, I am 25-years-old, I am COVID VACCINATED :D. I'm very compassionate, funny, and loving. I care deeply about those around me and I try to be very supportive and play an active role in being of help. I adore kids. I'm also very organized and structured with my time and my schedule. I am responsible and accountable for any mistakes that I make and I am always open and willing to listen and learn more about things I do not know. I am reliable and very open-minded. I like clean spaces as well, I definitely take priority in ensuring that my space is clean, and considering that I'm in childcare I also want kids to be clean and healthy in the space they're in, it makes for a comfortable, safe and healthy environment for sure.
Why I would make the perfect au pair
I am very hands-on, very hardworking, and patient. In my previous work experience, I have had a rare opportunity in taking care of early birth (premature) triplet boys, who have not only survived the first months of their difficult birth and childcare needs but have grown to be thriving 2-years-old. I can confidently say I have been trained as au Pair in the New York Cultural Care Au Pair Training School, to fulfill all delicate and important objectives for how to manage and maintain a safe environment for children to grow, I take pride in practicing all safety procedures and also ensuring the parent is in full control of how their child's schedule should look like. I practice all necessary essentials such as food safety, age-appropriate activities, child protection, and development. I have also completed an adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid Training presented by the American Heart Association. I believe with my childcare past experience, educational training, and love for children, I certainly see myself as one of really good au pairs to find around.
Hobbies and other interests
I enjoy taking long hike trails, going to the gym, and going for walks, I also enjoy reading, watching animation movies, and listening to music... I love spending time with my family and friends, cooking, and baking. Traveling and road trips are also a great personal highlight for me and tidying up my space gives me a sense of joy somehow.

Job description
I was a live in aupair in the US, in Michigan state, taking care mainly of the newborn triplet boys, they were prematurely born, very fragile and tiny. My job description/schedule included getting them up in the morning, meal preparation and feedings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Changing them into day clothes in the morning and pjs in after dinner and/or bathtime every other day, also changing their diapers occasionally in the whole day. Doing laundry Tuesdays and Fridays for everyone in the family. I did Playtime and walks, also took them to their occasional doctors appointments trips as they needed more attention with their mother, putting them down for naps in the day, providing them their snacks/bottles between playtime sessions, and helping the parents on my days off if asked, or occasionally babysitting.

Job description
I was a volunteer teacher's assistant at Ukuthula ECD Educational Centre, I was able to practice Early Childhood Developlment at this really good center Monday to Friday. In the morning I would retrieve the little students from their parents at dropoff. Insured they were at respective places for the morning prayer and day announcements. I would also help with teaching educational rhyme songs, numbers, alphabets word pronunciation and writing. At lunch, we had to supervise that every child is eating, also supervise day breaks which included playing outside and bathroom breaks for the kiddos. This all took patience and love for kids considering it was a large class of about 15 to 20 students. I would also have to take over if the main teacher was absent for the day or if other classes required a teacher for the day too. Then also helping the students prepare for pickup time and making sure their personal items and homework was safely packed away. This basically all required a set practic
