Dear Family. Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Samantha and I am 23 years old. I have my BA and Honours degree in Fashion Design. I am young, trustworthy, ambitious and hard working. I'm currently self employed. I have my own Ladies formal and activewear brand along with a range of baby clothing and accessories. I enjoy spending time with children and am looking to Au Pair either in the morning or afternoon between the following hours: 06h00 - 14h00 and 13h00 - 18h00. Running my own business will not affect my responsibility when looking after your children as I am very responsible and have good time management skills. I will go out of my way to ensure that your family is always my first priority. I am able to work after hours or extended hours if needed. My reason for applying for this position is so that I can save money to further my studies at a later date and also my love for children.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I am good with children and enjoy spending time with them. I have experience in babysitting, helping out at Sunday school and assisting at our Church youth group on Friday evenings. I also used to help my granny at her aftercare by looking after children and helping her with their homework. I also did assist on the odd occasion in transporting the children from school. I have my own car, I have had my licence for more than five years and I have no prior driving offences or been in any accidents. I am a very safe and responsible driver who follows the rules of the road.

Hobbies and other interests

I am a very sporty person who loves netball, athletics, soccer and gym (prior to Covid). I enjoy fashion design and drawing up different outfits. I love reading, researching and watching documentaries as I want to continue growing my knowledge in all aspects.
