Why I would make the perfect au pair

As an au pair in the United States, I have learnt to deal with every aspect of children's needs. Au pairing in the US has thought me how to approach certain situations with calmness and kindness. I have learnt how to appropriately cook for kids based on their needs. I am familiar with child development phases. Being in a different country as an au pair has given me independence, responsibility and balance which I think are key aspects of a great au pair. Beyond that, I genuinely enjoy inspiring, motivating and seeing kids grow and learn - and how amazing is it that I am part of that process?
