Description of tutoring experience

I have tutored primary and high school students one-on-one in all the subjects. I am an approachable, patient, and friendly person with a good sense of humour. I enjoy tutoring kids because of the personal rewards that it provides for the student and myself and I have learnt how to interact with students and keep them engaged during their extra hours of teaching. Most of my experience tutoring has been with kids who struggle with the content that they are learning so I try to relate their interests to the subject, i.e. music, animals etc. I like to keep a positive vibe during sessions, so that they feel good about themselves and what they are learning. I think that everybody learns differently and at different rates, so the group-learning environment at school causes students to struggle and disengage from what they are learning. I also have 1 year experience Au paring 2 year old and 4 year old.

Dear Parents. hope this letter finds you and your family in good health and spirits. My name is Liza, I matriculated in 2015 and immediately started at a tutoring center teaching special needs children for the past 5 years and my other duties as a teacher included marking, uploading marks, printing, filing, planning lessons, planning outings, communicating with parents and troubleshooting IT/ office problems. In between teaching I also studied for IT, online at ITAcademy and got my certificates in A+, N+.

Why I would make the perfect au pair

I've been teaching at a private school for 5 years and recently resigned to start my own journey. I did from grades 1 till 7, and have 1 year experience in tutoring kids from home as well as toddlers. I am very passionate about what I do and I give my all because at the end, the end result is what matters most. I am a very bubbly and outgoing person and I love working with kids because they tend to be able to trust and confide in me. When I was working at the Bridging Gap tutoring center besides everyday lessons and work I also would plan and do all the fun activities and outings for the kids and I would join in on any activity that they did so I was a very fun teacher to be around. I have a lot of good energy to give and I am also very creative with what I do. The Bridging Gap tutoring center is a school for children with ADD, ADHD And learning disabilities etc. It required me to have a lot of patience which was very easy for me I love working with children, making them laugh, seeing a smile on their face and hoping that I'm making a difference in their lives which I strive for.
