Introduction to families
My name is Bianca B. I'm 27 years old, after I matriculated in 2010, I stated working at a Early Childhood Centre (Little Explorers) and Au paired (7:00-18:00). I started at Little Explorers, as an assistant and while studying part-time (evening classes for my Educare Diploma) worked myself up, proved myself and became a teacher at Little Explorers, where I became Second-in-command. I worked there for four years and Au Paid for the same family, I worked at the school from 7:00 - 13:00 and then picked up the three toddlers I Au Paired for, normally worked until 18:00. I started working at Curro Holdings, Curro Castle Durbanville, as a Group 4 Educator (3 to 4 year old), for six years. I worked at Curro Castle in Durbanville until end of March 2019. I resigned beginning of January 2019 because I was headhunted by Curro Rosen Castle and started working there in the beginning of April 2019. I have my Educare N4, N5 and N6 Diploma, Autism training, First Aid, Health and safety training, social media training (I did Curro Durbanville's Facebook Page), sensory training for early childhood development, The Curiosity approach training, Loose part play, Movement training and so much more. I graduated my Bachelor's in Education Foundation Phase degree in May 2019 and will attach a document of all my subjects. I received a few distinctions, my best one was in Afrikaans. I have a certificate in AIDS/HIV COUNSELLING and my favourite subject was 'Children with learning barriers and how to overcome them'. I decided to resign last year, December 2019, at Curro Rosen Castle, because I'm looking for a new challenge, environment and to expand my teaching methods and learning new techniques, styles and methods from a new school. I also truly believe that over the tears I've learned a lot and have personally growth my skills, knowledge and I'm aiming to have a opportunity in Educations, where I can build myself up. I'm very excited. I love to grow and expand my knowledge, as I've been with Curro Holdings for such a long time and have learned a lot - I'm truly grateful for the Curro Holdings Group. I know what I'm capable of, I know my potential and flaws. I know I can be a GREAT ASSIST for your company and will always do my best. I recently stated studying my Honours (Part-Time) and would like to study OT and Management later on. Although I have plenty of experience in this department - I know there are candidate's with this diploma/Degree already. In total I have 10 years teaching experience. I believe it is imperative that each person should know their capabilities, their strengths and weaknesses. I’m a very socially orientated person who craves interaction with children/people, enjoy getting to know my colleagues, developing my learners to their fullest potential, supporting them and make the learning environment fun and exciting.

It’s leadership. ” “Success in life comes when you simply refuse to give up, with goals so strong that obstacles, failure, and loss only act as motivation. ” I'm currently doing my online TEFL course. (Will be completed by end of April 2020) I stay positive, work hard, strive to achieve my goals and make it happen. I Au Paired for a family this year that works in Government (both parents), they have four girls. Needless to said I passed the police clearance test. I hope to hear from you soon! Thank you for your time. Kind regards, Bianca B PLEASE NOTE: I have years of experience in advising/improving the schools curriculum where I've worked before and I also attended a great deal of training seminars. I believe I can help in the development and implementation of instructional materials and curriculum programs that will meet educational standards, keeping it interesting and up to date. To create a effective curriculum to enhance student learning and achievement, to reach their fullest potential. I will also assess and implement educational technology in the classrooms.
Enjoy to study and expand my knowledge, I love spending time with my students/Au Pair children/family/friends and relaxing with my pet's. I played drums and netball in High School and still enjoy it. I enjoy to cook and organizing/admin activities. My passion is children and animals - I wouldn't do any other job, than what I'm currently doing.
