Responsible for physically assisting learners with downloading as well as making use of the MiEbooks application, identifying their requirements and then professionally suggesting, explaining and providing solutions such as trouble shooting. Assisting with updating and modifying the MiEbooks technology application to suit the needs of the school. Duties: • Assist learners and educators with the MiEbooks Application • Troubleshoot the application if it is not compatible with the learners tablet • Assist learners in correctly downloading the correct Ebooks onto their tablets.
