Introduction to families
Dear family, my name is Amelia F I am 20 years old and I am currently a second year student studying a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication at Varsity College Sandton. I have always had a special place in my heart for children, hence wanting to assist you and your family in any way needed. I have experience in tutoring for both primary (all subjects) and high school students (certain subjects). Additionally, I am able to assist with the following when it comes to your family: exam preparation and study methods suited to your child’s individual needs, transportation to and from home or school, additional help with any school/ homework, preparing of meals and teaching children valuable life skills. I am open to Au Pairing for families/ single parents whom need assistance when it comes to their children and placing them in good hands whilst you are busy with work. Thank you for considering me as your Au Pair, if you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at any time. Kind regards, Amelia F.
I believe that I would make the perfect Au Pair for you and your family as I completed my high school via a home-schooling system. This has taught me how to manage my time efficiently, how to understand and grasp the concept of any content, as well as having the self-confidence to achieve anything I set my mind to. Furthermore, being a tutor has taught me to adjust to new/ constantly changing environments, to identify areas where students need assistance, planning and structuring of lessons and homework according to each child’s needs. Most importantly, being a tutor has taught me the importance of patience in the sense that each child is unique and learns in different ways.
Some of the things that I enjoy doing in my spare time: - Cooking and experimenting with new recipes - I enjoy reading books (I believe that knowledge is power) - I love spending time with family and friends as I am a very social person - I am extremely creative and am always doing some sort of project, drawing bullet journaling, decorating for my family. - I enjoy the simple things in life; laying in the warm sun, a good cup of tea and quality time with those I love and care about.
