Description of tutoring requirements
We have a very intelligent, energetic and creative 8 year old daughter who would benefit incredibly from constant practice of mental, physical and creative activities. We are looking for someone to help her build on these qualities and to enhance her growth. Where we need assistance on a day to day basis is: Academia - maths, reading, Afrikaans, etiquette. Activities - riding her bike, playing in the park, tennis, swimming, ball games, walking with her dog etc. Creative - drawing, painting, crafts, playing piano, singing. As she enters Grade 2 there is going to be a stronger focus on homework which needs to be balanced with fun. She lives in a bi-lingual home where mom is Afrikaans and dad is English but English is her go-to but we would really encourage more Afrikaans in her life.
