This job would require a Au pair from Jan 2019 - i have two children but the position would mainly centre around my son- I would need you to collect him from school and take him to his therapies and assist him with his homework. It would be a live out position and the position would require the following- The children live one week at their dads and one week with me. When the children are with me they need to be picked up from me and taken to school at 7am but when they are with their dad he takes them to school. Zach then needs to be picked up from school and his home work needs to be done and he needs to be taken to his therapies and extra murals. Ocassiobaly Zoe my three year old will need to be picked up. I would like to offer a fixed salary 12 months of the year even though the person will get all school holidays off, that needs to be taken into account when looking at salaries if you plan on working on an hourly salary. I would also like to include travelling in the salary so I will be able to give the person an idea of what km are done each week( it works at about 500-600km a month) . The candidate will be dealing with a child who is ADHD barriers to learning and has speech apraxia so they need to be patient, kind, creative, warm, out of the box thinkers and full of life. (Zach attends charlton and Zoe- skye attends little heros ) Flexibility will be a big part of this position from both parties and communication is essential. We are a very easy going outdoor sports mad family so we would love someone who is equally passionate about exploring life and making learning, life and everything else fun and educational.
